Ubarr is a really special plant, a medicine plant which a lot of islanders use as medications for body pains on joints and swells also eating and drinking the ubarr juice is good for the inside of the body, cleans the body and really healthy.

The fruit is mashed and squeezed so healthy to drink to boost the energy in the body the Islanders daily living with the leaves are ripped from the branches then boiled in hot boiling water and it is then used as ointment on the joints. Swelling and cuts wounds helps to clean the wound and heal the body pains faster.
